How to book for VR repairs or events? 
– Client can send inquiries through contact us page, email or Official FB page of VRXE

How much is the total cost for repairs? Can we provide the total now? 
– We do not provide the total cost immediately, the unit needs to be thoroughly checked by the technician.

Will the unit be fixed immediately? 
– NO. The unit must be thoroughly checked by the technician. Repair is a a first come first serve basis. The duration of the repair depends on factors such as:
Complexity / Difficulty of the unit’s issue and the availability of the replacement parts (if any)

What are your office hours?
–  Monday to Friday (10 am – 7pm) Operations
– Saturday & Sunday for pick up and drop off of units only.
– Clients can drop off / pick up the units (complete set of unit) through Lalamove or Grab.

Do you sell VR units and accessories?
